In the settlement, there is also the Zlatarić Tower, a residence where noblemen lived and a defensive fortress. Locals are engaged in tourism, agriculture, but mainly viticulture and the production of the famous top Pelješac wines Dingač, Postup and Plavac with protected geographical origin.
